Participants in Journey From Director Service to Supervisor

Participants received their Certificate of Completion for the Journey from Direct Service to Supervision Spring series that was facilitated by SCC. Attendees were from the following non-profit organizations: Community Action Partnership of Hennepin County, FamilyWise, the Bridge for Youth, Financial One Credit Union, Emerge, and CAPI. SCC regularly offers this 6 month cohort training series that promotes creating an engaged workplace, skills and techniques for creating high impact teams, and coaching techniques with employees.
