How long will it take? 

The phone interview will take between 20 and 30 minutes. 

When will I get my gift card? 

We’ll mail it to you the next day.

Could this affect my benefits? 

No.  Your input won’t affect the status or nature of your program, benefits or any other county related support you receive. What you say in the focus group will not be attributed to you individually by name. Your participation is voluntary and confidential.
