Sustainability Planning

Sustainability planning is a strategic approach to preserving your core mission during times of uncertainty. Our experienced consultants will parter with you to develop a 12-18 month sustainability plan that identifies key drivers in service delivery, operations, and funding. 
 
This short-term plan equips organizational leaders to build best and worst-case scenarios that reduce the need for crisis decision-making. With intentional, thoughtful planning, leadership teams and finance committees can better understand the impact of short-term financial changes on service delivery. The goal is always to preserve—and even strengthen—your impact in the community. Sustainability planning enables timely and responsive decisions while maintaining a long-term perspective.

Strategic Partnership & Nonprofit Mergers

SCC utilizes a facilitated, structured process to help board members and organizational leaders explore realignment readiness and options along the continuum from shared administrative services up to and including mergers. We examine partnership needs, program and services, governance, resources, and capacity. Our work addresses organizational culture, builds trust, and prepares the organization for community impact and change.
